At Lewisham Primary School in South London a 163m2 open sided DALO canopy was installed in the playground to provide shade in the summer and protection from the elements in the winter.
The Headmistress, Mrs Sarna said ‘It has transformed the playground providing an open air classroom, a shaded play area in the hot summer and protection from the elements in the winter. We have even used it to stage plays and theatrical events.’
